1/2 of 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in Celebrating Home Bean Pot. Cook at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve over rice or noodles.
