Bean Pot Cheesy Mac and Cheese Dinner

* 1 lb box of elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice

* 1 lb Velveeta cheese

* 1 – 1 ½ cups milk

* ½ stick butter

* 1 cooked ham steak cut into bite sized pieces (optional)

* Salt and pepper to taste

* Directions:

* Boil the macaroni until one minute before al dente and then drain.

* Microwave the cheese in a large bowl until smooth and able to stir.

* Pour macaroni and ham into the cheese.

* Carefully pour in the milk and melted butter.

* Stir all ingredients together.

* Salt and pepper to taste and stir again.

* Pour into Bean Pot.

* Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

* Enjoy!!
