Bean Pot Open Face Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Turkey Sand.

 

 

7 cups chopped pre-cooked turkey
3 – 12 oz. jars turkey gravy
10½ oz. can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces⅔ cup diced celery
¾ cup mayonnaise½ tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta shredded cheese sliced wheat bread

Coat 4 qt. bean pot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together, stirring well. Microwave on high appx. 15 minutes, stirring half way through. Serve over slices of wheat toast.
