Bean Pot Taco Casserole

1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 14’/2 oz. can RoTel® Tomatoes
1 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Onion Soup
1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup Water
6 Corn tortillas cut into 1/2″ strips
1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
3 Tbsp. Green Onions sliced
1/2 cup Sour Cream

Brown beef in skillet or in your Bean Pot; drain.
Mix beef, tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix and water in Bean Pot.
Gently stir in tortilla strips.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle cheese over top; cover and let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with onions; serve with sour cream.
