1 lb Hamburger
1 Onion – diced
1 pkg Taco Seasoning mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 can tomatoes
1 can of ranch style beans drained
1 can whole kernel corn drained.
Jiffy Cornbread
Cook hamburger and onion in bean pot in microwave for 7 minutes
Drain and add: Taco seasoning mix, Worcestershire, ketchup, tomatoes, beans and corn.
Bake in oven at 350 with lid on for about 30 to 45 min.
Prepare 1 box of Jiffy cornbread and pour over top of mixture.
Bake at 400 with lid off until cornbread is done.
