4 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce<br>
1 Tsp. Organic Brown Sugar or Splenda Brown Sugar<br>
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar<br>
1 Tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning<br>

<p>Place Chicken in Celebrating Home Bean Pot. Stir together Sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over chicken. Cook in microwave for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.</p>

3/4 cup Walden Farms Honey BBQ sauce<br>
2 tsp minced garlic<br>
Directions:<br>
Place cubed chicken in bean pot. Mix BBQ sauce and garlic together, then pour over chicken. Place bean pot in microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes. Check to see if chicken is done and how tender it is. I put mine back in for about 4-5 minutes on low power, and then the chicken was tender enough to easily shred with a couple of forks.</p>

1 tsp Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning</p>
<p>Directions:<br>
Place frozen chicken breasts in Bean Pot, pour pasta sauce over the top, and cook in microwave for 10 minutes. Check meat for &ldquo;done-ness&rdquo;. Add zucchini and Mrs Dash. Return to microwave and cook for another 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes. If chicken is not cooked thoroughly at this point, microwave for another 2-3 minutes, or until done. Serve and enjoy!</p>
