Chocolate Chip Bean Pot Cookie

One dish & wooden spoon…Simple & Easy!

Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
In your Magic Bean Pot, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) & stir.
Pour in chocolate chips and stir again.
Spread evenly across the bottom.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 28 minutes. Turn down to 325 degrees then bake another 28 minutes.
Don’t preheat oven.
Best with an Oval Bean Pot.
Cookie is done when the batter no longer moves and the cookie test done with a toothpick.
Cut into pie shaped pieces to serve. It is sooooo good served warm.

Just made this the other day for my hubby & served it warm & with ice cream & chocolate syrup. Your home will smell yummy and it taste great! One dish to clean up…Enjoy!!

Bean Pot Teriyaki Chicken

t. chicken

1-1.5 pounds of chicken sliced or cubed
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Teriyaki or soy sauce (or 1/4 cup of each)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp minced garlic

Place chicken in bottom of bean pot. Remember that chicken must be thawed so you don’t break your bean pot. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Place lid on bean pot and microwave for 20 minutes. Serve Over Rice.

Bean Pot Chili Soup

chili soup

1 pound hamburger browned in bean pot first
30 oz diced tomatoes
30 oz chili beans in sauce
15 oz kidney beans drained
12 oz can of V8 juice
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp chili powder (add more if you like it spicier!)
1 tsp minced garlic

Mix all ingredients and microwave for 20 minutes! We always enjoy it with shredded cheese and sour cream on top!

Bean Pot Turkey Chili

1 lb ground turkey
2 tsp chopped onion
3 cups diced turnip/celery/bell peppers/tomatoes
1 – 14 oz can chicken broth
1/4 tsp chili powder

Brown meat and onions. Add to Bean Pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook in microwave for 20 minutes.

Makes 2 servings. Each serving is: 1 Leaner Protein, 3 Vegetables,
1-1/4 condiments

Bean Pot Spaghetti Chicken

1 jar Walden Farms Marinara sauce
20 oz of cooked chicken
**Add ingredients to Bean pot & cook at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes with lid on. Serve with either 1 ½ cups cooked spaghetti squash or shiritaki noodles.

Bean Pot Chicken & Vegetables

2-1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
2 tsp chopped onion
1 cup diced turnip
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
2 tsp Mrs Dash seasoning of your choice
**Add all ingredients to Bean Pot. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
(Makes 4 servings – each serving is 1 Leaner Protein, 2 vegetables & 2 condiments)

Bean Pot Rotisserie-Style Chicken

2-1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups water
1 Medifast Fajita Seasoning Mix packet
**Place chicken in bean pot. Add water & bouillon. Cover chicken with seasoning. Microwave 30 minutes.
(Makes 4 servings – each serving is 1 Leaner Protein & 3 condiments)

Bean Pot Just Peachy Chicken

4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Onion, chopped
2 T. cold water
3 T. cornstarch
1/2 C. peach preserves

Place chicken in a Bean Pot; add sweet potatoes and onion. Cover and cook on low setting (200′) for 5-6 hours. Pour off juices from the Bean Pot; set aside. Cover chicken, sweet potatoes and onion to keep warm. In a heavy saucepan, combine water and cornstarch; mix well. Add reserved juices from slow cooker; stir in preserves. Cook and stir over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture boils and thickens. Cook for 2 minutes; pour over chicken and vegetables. Serves 4.

Bean Pot Firecracker Casserole

1 lb. hamburger browned in the microwave.
Add 1 can of black beans.
1 small package of chili seasoning (1/2 package for sissies) to the hamburger and mix.
Layer two or three small flour tortillas on top of the hamburger mixture.
In a separate bowl combine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of rotel then spread on top of the tortillas. Top with shredded fiesta or cheddar cheese.

Microwave on high for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

Bean Pot Heavenly Rice

Cook Rice in Microwave in Bean Pot (depending on how much of a serving you want).
Allow rice to cool.
Add: 2-small cans Fruit Cocktail (Drained)
1- small container Cool Whip (thawed)
1/2 pkg. miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup coconutMix Together and place bean pot in refrigerator.
Serve cold.
