Bean Pot Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 Pound of Stew Meat
12oz Bag of Mini Carrots
2 Large Potatoes
1 Package of Beef Stew Seasoning
Instructions:
Cut up Potatoes
Place in Celebrating Home Bean Pot
Add Stew Meat
And Beet Stew Seasoning & Carrots
Add 1 1/3 Cups of Water
Bake at 200′ for 6 hours. Enjoy!
Bean Pot French Toast & Sausage
Ingredients:
10 slices bread (cubed)
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk
Cinnamon and nutmeg
Pancake syrup
Sausage links
Directions:
Place enough bread in Bean Pot to fill halfway.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, dash of cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Pour mixture over bread.
Squeeze pancake syrup over top of mixture making an “S” shape in both directions.
Cover with foil and twist to make handles on each end of bean pot.
Place sausage links on foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Bean Pot Baked Potatoes (Microwave)
* Ingredients:
* Wash 8 – 10 Small to Medium-size Potatoes
* Optional ingredients:
sour cream, bacon bits, chives, parsley, butter, salt & pepper, BLT mix, Ranch dressing…whatever you like!!
* Directions:
* Place washed potatoes in your Magic Bean Pot.
* Add lid & “bake” in microwave for 13 minutes.
* Let set With lid on for another 5 minutes….squeeze gently to test for doneness.
* Top with your favorite “optional” toppings.
KFC Bean Pot Bowl Meal
Do you love the KFC Bowl Meal? If so, try this recipe in your Bean Pot.
1 pack of cooked breaded chicken tenders
2 packs of instant mashed potatoes
butter
can of corn (drained)
2 cups of shredded cheese.
Prepare instant mashed potatoes as directed on package (2-3 minutes in microwave).
While potatoes are in microwave, drain corn and place in the bottom of your Bean Pot
Next place frozen chicken tender strips on top of corn.
Next sprinkle a cup of shredded cheese over the tenders and corn.
Then cover the top with the mashed potatoes ( I lightly salt and pepper ours before placing on top of this goodness!).
Finally top with more of the cheese.
Place lid on and microwave for 10 minutes. Depending on your microwave you may need to cook a minute or so longer.
Remove lid and serve with a side salad.
