Bean Pot Cheesy Chicken and Rice

5-6 chicken breasts (can be frozen!!)
2 cans Cheesy Broccoli Soup
2 Cans Chicken Broth (with garlic)

Mix all ingredients in Celebrating Home Bean Pot, cover and bake in a 250 degree oven for 4 hours. Add 1 bag of frozen vegetables and 2 cups Minute Rice 1 hours before serving. Put back in oven and serve hot!

Blue Ribbon Bean Pot Peach Cobbler

1 1/2 cup self rising flour
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar, divided
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches
1 1/2 cups milk
freshly ground cinnamon, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the peaches, water, and 1 cup of the sugar in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place a stick of butter in a Celebrating Home Bean pot and put in oven to melt.
Mix the flour, remaining cup of sugar, and milk slowly to prevent clumping. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir! Spoon fruit mixture gently on top, gently pouring in syrup. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top of desired. Batter will rise to top during baking. Bake 30-45 minutes.
Hint: Be sure to use self rising flour so batter rises.
Great with vanilla ice cream.

Bean Pot Pea Salad

1 bag of frozen peas (thawed) or 3 cans of peas, well drained
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 C. diced cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and serve well chilled
Place all items into already chilled Bean Pot.

Bean Pot Pork and Apples

Bean Pot Pork and Apples

4 Pork chops
1 large Onion
Potatoes – sliced with skins still on
1 ½ cup Apple Juice
Optional:
Green Beans, Cabbage, or Carrots
Dredge pork chops in flour and brown in Pam or Olive Oil.
Place pork chops in bean pot and add onion. Throw in left over Flour.
Add potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste
Add Apple juice, cover bake at 375 for 90 minutes to 2 hours or
till pork chops are tender. If you want, a dd vegetables like frozen green beans or sliced fresh cabbage or carrots.
Add them for at least 45 minutes of cooking.

Great one dish meal. Increase number of pork chops as needed. Just fill pot ½ way with apple juice.

Bean Pot Banana Split Dump Cake

1 box Banana Cake Mix
1 can Strawberry Pie Filling
1 can Crushed Pineapples
1 stick Butter – melted
Dump can of Strawberry pie fill
ing into Bean Pot. Dump pineapples on top of strawberries.
Mix melted butter into cake mix and put on top
of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
As you serve cake, drizzle chocolate syrup on top.

Bean Pot Barbecued Meatballs

Sauce: 1-1/2 cups Chili sauce; 1 cup grape jelly; 3 tsp brown mustard. Mix in Bean Pot.

Meatballs: 1-lb. Ground beef, 1 egg, 3 TBSP bread crumbs,1/2 tsp salt. Mix & shape into 30 balls. Place meatballs in large microwaveable dish and microwave until cooked through.
Drain & place in Bean Pot.

Bake at 250 F for 5 to 6 hrs.

Bean Pot Veggies and Potatoes

Savory Vegetables
1 LB carrots
4 medium/large potatoes
1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
6 Tbs. butter
Salt & Pepper
Slice vegetables in 1/8″ slices & put in bottom of Bean Pot.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix
Add salt & pepper
Put slices of butter on top
Microwave with lid on for 10 minutes. Stir & microwave 10 more minutes.
Creamy Potatoes
5-6 medium potatoes – sliced
garlic salt
2 Tbs. minced onion
pepper
1 pint whipping cream
Butter
Slice potatoes into Bean Pot. Add garlic salt & mix with potatoes
Sprinkle minced onion on top
Sprinkle pepper on top
Pour whipping cream over all
Dot top with slices of butter (6-8 Tbs)
Microwave on high for 25-30 minutes covered or until tender.

Bean Pot Pineapple – Cherry Dump Cake

1 can pineapple tidbits w/ juice 1 can cherry pie filling
1 box Super Moist Butter Recipe Yellow w/ pudding
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 stick margarine

Spray inside of Bean Pot with canola oil
Pour pineapple in bean pot w/juice
Pour cherry pie filling in Bean Pot

In a mixing bowl –
3 eggs in bowl – break yellow with fork – pour in milk – cake mix
mix with large slotted plastic spoon until lumpy batter pour into Bean Pot.
1 stick margarine – cut in 12 slices and place on top of batter

Microwave for 12 minutes – check & let steam out at 6 minutes
Toothpick test passed after 12 minutes. Remove lid – cool down
Serve hot w/ ice cream.

Bean Pot Apple Sauce

5 lbs peeled/cored/sliced apples
3 T honey
1 T lemon juice
1 t cinnamon/nutmeg (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a Bean Pot, cover and bake in a 250 degree oven all day or overnight. —serve with dinner, on waffles or your favorite ice cream!

Bean Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 large cans chicken breast all white meat
1 bottle of ranch dressing
2 pk of cream cheese
1 cup Franks Red Hot
1 8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Soften cream cheese and mix together with ranch dressing until smooth.
Add the hot sauce mix well. Drain the cans of chicken and break up with fork in can.
Stir in the chicken and the cheddar cheese. Add mix to bean pot.

Bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 mins to an hour.
Remove from oven place in bean pot basket and take to your party or picnic! Serve with tortilla chips. The advantage of the bean pot is your dip stays nice and warm!
