Worcestershire sauce</span><br><span class="ingredient">1/2 of 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained</span><br><span class="ingredient">8 oz. sour cream<br></span></div>

3/4 cup instant rice<br>
1/4 cup onion
<p>Mix together and form into balls. Place balls in bean pot.</p>
<p>Mix following ingredients in separate bowl:<br>
15 oz tomato sauce<br>
1 cup catsup<br>
1 cup water<br>
1 tsp onion powder<br>
1 tsp garlic salt<br>
dash of pepper</p>
<p>Pour sauce over meatballs. Place lid on bean pot and microwave for 20 minutes.&nbsp; Great served with corn on the cob!</p></div>

1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef<br>
1 14&rsquo;/2 oz. can RoTel&reg; Tomatoes<br>
1 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Onion Soup<br>
1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix<br>
1/2 cup Water<br>
6 Corn tortillas cut into 1/2&Prime; strips<br>
1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded<br>
3 Tbsp. Green Onions sliced<br>
1/2 cup Sour Cream
<p>Brown beef in skillet or in your Bean Pot; drain.<br>
Mix beef, tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix and water in&nbsp;Bean Pot.<br>
Gently stir in tortilla strips.<br>
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.<br>
Sprinkle cheese over top; cover and let stand 5 minutes&nbsp;until cheese melts.<br>
Sprinkle with onions; serve with sour cream.</p></div>

1 lb ground beef browned and drained<br>
1 can of diced tomatoes with liquid<br>
1 cup canned corn<br>
1 can dark red kidney beans<br>
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese</p>
<p>Directions<br>

1 medium green bell pepper (seeded and chopped) or 1/2 cup frozen chopped<br>
&frac14; cup steak sauce<br>
1 cup beef broth<br>
salt and ground black pepper (to taste)<br>
1 pkg of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or sliced Provolone<br>
4 hamburger buns<br>
In your bean pot, put olive oil (vegetable will work as well) bell peppers, onions and hamburger. Put the lid on and microwave for 5 minutes. Remove and crumble. Repeat until hamburger is slightly pink, mostly brown. If there is a lot of grease, remove most of it at this time, then add beef broth and steak sauce and heat for another 4 minutes. Remove lid and serve on rolls sprinkle a good amount of cheese and then top with the rest of the roll. Serve and enjoy!</div>

<p>&bull;1 lb. steak, round (cut in 2 pieces., lean)<br>
&bull;6 c. water<br>
&bull;28 oz. tomatoes, canned &mdash; cut up, un-drained<br>
&bull;2 beef bouillon cubes<span class="text_exposed_show"><br>
&bull;1 onions, medium, chopped<br>
&bull;2 T. dried parsley<br>
&bull;2 celery, stalks<br>
&bull;1/2 tsp. salt, (optional)<br>
&bull;1 tsp. thyme<br>
&bull;1/2 tsp. pepper<br>
&bull;1 zucchini, medium, thinly sliced<br>
&bull;16 oz. beans, garbanzo, canned, rinsed &amp; drained<br>
&bull;1 c. Kale<br>
&bull;1 c. elbow macaroni, or small shells<br>
&bull;1/4 c. cheese, Parmesan, grated (optional)</span></p>
<p>Combine beef, water, tomatoes, bouillon, onion, parsley, celery, thyme, salt if desired and pepper and place in the Bean Pot.<br>
Cover. Cook on 325 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.<br>
Add zucchini, beans, kale and macaroni; cook on 375 covered for 30 minutes more, or until the vegetables are tender.<br>
Sprinkle individual servings with Parmesan cheese.</p>
