Bean Pot Pineapple Casserole

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
5 slices of white bread, torn
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple with juice

Preheat oven to 350 and grease your Bean Pot. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Add bread and pineapple into the mixture and mix well. Transfer recipe into your bean pot. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned…about 60 mins.
