1 Box Carrot Cake Mix
1 Handful Coconut
1 Handful Chopped Pecans
1/2 pkg. White Chocolate Chips
16 oz. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 Small Can Drained Pineapple (Optional)
Mix all the above together in the Bean Pot.
Place lid on Bean Pot. Bake 12 minutes in microwave. Enjoy!
